Tim Thomas was the founder and owner of Great Western Financial Group from 1997 to 2007, overseeing 30 offices across 13 states before selling his mortgage bank to a larger company. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Thomas specialized in a range of loan products, including lot loans, VA Construction Loans (offering 100% financing), FHA Construction Loans (with just 3.5% down), and Conventional Construction Loans (requiring 5% down). Today, Mr. Thomas continues to support clients by facilitating construction loans at a bank owned by his close friend of 15 years.
